ICUSUR was formed at the turn of the
century by members from different bands.
Their songs can be described as pure, raw and
accessible. They have a very powerful sound,
yet they manage to be tender and delicate at
the same time. The sound can be
characterized by 70s-80s rock with a modern
approach, though different styles are evident
as well.

The band members are described as 'relaxed
fanatics'. If they were to run a marathon, they
would be determined to win with the best time
ever, practise every day and put everything
aside that should come first; but along the way
they could decide to have a beer and a chair
instead and leave the marathon as it is: "We'll
run it some other time".

On stage the band really comes to life. Having
a traditional set-up of bass, drums, guitar and
vocals, they manage to create an intense
atmosphere that puts you under a spell from
the very first to the very last song. As the name
already indicates, they are what you get and
they see you as you are!
